IRS-PT Rental Income: Residential Rental INcome:  Comprehensive Annual Service

Listed prices are per owner and property, with potential discounts available throughout the year.

Price per owner: 20 Eur per month with a minimum of 150 Eur per year.  Our annual comprehensive service includes:

  • Support for registration in the Finanças Notifications system.
  • Registration of the Tenancy Agreement (Contrato de Arrendamento) with the Portuguese Tax Authority, if it is not already registered.
  • Modification or cancellation of the rental contract registration with the Tax Authority, when applicable
  • Issuance of monthly rent receipts (Recibos de Renda), sent to you or directly to the tenant.
  • Deadline tracking and fiscal due date reminders.
  • Annual IRS Declaration.
  • Assistance with any questions related to the taxation of your rental property under Categoria F (long-term rentals)
 

IRS-PT Rental Income: Short Term Rentals (AL): Comprehensive Annual Service

Listed prices are per owner and property, with potential discounts available throughout the year.

Price per owner: 50 Eur per month with a minimum of 350 Eur per year.  Our annual comprehensive service includes:

  • Support for registration in the Finanças Notifications system.
  • Annual IRS filing.
  • Quarterly VAT returns
  • Filing of Periodic Modelo 30 for Non-Resident Payments
  • Deadline tracking and fiscal due date reminders.
  • Assistance with any questions related to the taxation of your AL rental property 
 
Extra Services Outside the Comprehensive Annual Service: These services will be quoted on a case-by-case basis:

  • Support with Registration of Economic Activity (extra)

  • Support with AL License Application (extra)

  • Validation of Invoices Throughout the Year (extra)
