You can find below a list of our prices, sorted by the type of tax you would like to declare.

Our services include comprehensive and detailed tax calculation and filing of your tax return, as well as consultations and information review during the process, to ensure everything is accurate before we submit your tax return.

The prices listed are final, per property, with zero VAT currently applied.

IRS-PT Rental Income: Long Term Rentals:  Preparation and filing

IRS-PT Rental Income: Long Term Rentals:  Comprehensive Annual Service

Price per owner: 20 Eur per month with a minimum of 150 Eur per year.  Our annual comprehensive service includes:

  • Support for registration in the Finanças Notifications system.
  • Registration of the Tenancy Agreement (Contrato de Arrendamento) with the Portuguese Tax Authority, if it is not already registered.
  • Modification or cancellation of the rental contract registration with the Tax Authority, when applicable
  • Issuance of monthly rent receipts (Recibos de Renda), sent to you or directly to the tenant.
  • Deadline tracking and fiscal due date reminders.
  • Annual IRS Declaration.
  • Assistance with any questions related to the taxation of your rental property under Categoria F (long-term rentals)
