"Iberotaxes" , "Iberotaxes by RMFC", “we” or “us” is a project developed to make the tax return in Spain and Portugal for non fiscal-resident individuals simple. Iberotaxes offers tax preparation and filing services to individuals owning property in either Spain or Portugal, while holding tax residence in a country different to the one where their property is located.

This Privacy Policy describes our policies and procedures regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information collected from individuals when using our services. Our processing of personal data is fully compliant with the EU Data Protection Regulation 679/2016 regarding the protection and transfer of individuals' data. The Site, the website, the project, Iberotaxes, us, our refer to as a project based in Lisbon, Portugal, designed to provide a tax filing service specialising in non-fiscal-residents that have or are planning to have property as a second home in Spain or Portugal. The site is currently owned by international tax specialist Roberto Cruz, with office in Rua da Bombarda 62, 2D, PT292628714. ​


User/s: refers to individuals that may visit, use or navigate through our website. You: refers to the individual (or an organization or other legal entity acting on behalf of the individual) accessing our website or using our services.


Customer/s: refers to individual/s that have contacted us with their queries or that have requested our assistance and services to calculate and submit their tax returns or liaise with the relevant tax authority on their behalf.


Personal Data or Personal Information: refers to any information that is shared with us by individuals so that we can contact them, we can resolve their queries or submit a tax return to the relevant tax authorities on their behalf.

Personal information is requested in order for us to be able to handle matters related to your non-fiscal-resident income tax in Spain or Portugal. This information is essential to enable the preparation of the tax declaration in the manner and with the information requested by the relevant tax authorities, including but limited to:


  • Full name

  • Address details: both your fiscal address, and the property address pertaining the tax declaration

  • Date and place of birth

  • E-mail address

  • Tax identification number in Spain or Portugal

  • Property fiscal details such as cadastral reference and cadastral value

  • Other tax-relevant information as requested by the tax declaration form from either Spain or Portugal: this information will depend on the type of tax form you need to file with the tax authority, depending on whether you are declaring a rental income, capital gains, or imputed rents.

-To be able to contact you by email or phone or any other means:

  • to answer your general queries or tax related queries.

  • to be able to clarify any doubts about our service or about your tax declaration before the tax declaration is submitted on your behalf.

  • to invoice our services

  • to offer you information or updates about tax related matters, about our services, our site or our prices for which we could use newsletters or any other marketing or promotional means or materials, related to services same or similar to the ones you have shown interest in.

How long do we keep the data?
